How much are the SW Oak Creek HOA annual dues for 2026? $150
(They have gone up $25 from last year so the association can accumulate the required money for our “Reserve Account”. The Reserve Account is for larger expenditures like fences and mailboxes.)

How can I pay my annual dues? You can either pay by check or submit electronically:
Check - Please make your check payable to “SW Oak Creek HOA” and mail to SW Oak Creek HOA, Bob Tamlyn Treasurer, 11547 SW Oak Creek Dr. or text Bob 503-705-6336 and let him know you’re dropping your check off on his porch.
